UniBell offers advanced conference services for businesses
and individuals. Supported services include conferences that
are traditional, scheduled, invite-only, private and public.
The system supports three levels of conference user roles that
include Administrator, Regular Caller, and Muted Caller. Administrators
can manage conference rooms from the phone (Administrative IVR)
or via Web (Web console). Two types of conferences are supported:
private (pin authenticated) and public conference. The conference
participants may be asked for PIN authentication to enter the
conference, if required, or authenticate with Name (conference
screening). Administrators can disconnect, mute, and unmute
participants via Phone or web at any time, terminate conference,
or record the conference and manage the records online or via
phone. Scheduled conferences are fully supported based on time
or administrator login event. Conferences support private bridging
(allows two participants to talk privately), and status services
(provides conference status). Conference access can be Service
Number based (single-stage) or Extension Number based (two-stage),
based on the subscriber profile setup.
UniConference test number is 1-562-489-7098(USA) and 0707-044-0007(Korea).
Who lives in the USA, just dial USA UniConference Number and
who lives in the Korea, just dial Korea UniConference Number
to make a Conference call between two countries. There is no
limit to participate a conference and the caller pay just their
country¡¯s local call rate.
When subscribe UniPhone Service, user can subscribe UniConference
service after log on and will be charged US$10.00 per month
plus US$4.99 per month, per number. |
| Configuring UniConference |
| UniConference Room configuration is achieved
through the Manage Conference Room page. To create and configure
a conference room: |
| Joining a Conference (Participant)
|
| You can join a conference by either dialing your
UniConference Service Number. Initiating a conference through
any other phone is achieved with the use of your UniConference
Service Number. Once you dial the UniConference service number,
depending on the type of conference (private or public) you
want to join the system may prompt you to enter your conference
password. When you enter that password, you will be added to
the conference session. |
| Managing a Conference (Administrator)
|
| Only administrators can manage conference sessions.
Conference administrators are allowed to create conference rooms,
invite participants to them, and control the flow of the conference
session. Conference administrators can manage conference rooms
in two ways: via phone or via web. |
| To manage a conference via phone |
To manage a conference online
1. Login to your account by going to www.UniBells.com
2. From the left - hand side menu, select Conference.
The Manage Conference Room page will load
3. Click on the Modify button. The Conference Room Modify
section will be displayed
4. To configure your conference room refer to the table
below for explanation of each conference field.
1. Dial the UniConference Service Number of the conference
room you want to manage. Note: UniConference Service
Numbers could be dialed from any phone.
2. When prompted, enter your administrative password.
3. When accepted, press 9 to enter the conference management
menu.
4. To manage the conference use any of the keys provided
below:
1. Login to your account by going to www.UniBells.com
2. From the left - hand side menu, select Conference The
Manage Conference Room page will load.
3. Use the conference web-management functions described
below to manage the conference. |

|
Invite Participant
To invite a conference participant:
1. From the Manage Conference Room page, click the Invite
Participant button.
2. From the Invite Participant page, enter the phone number
of the conference participant you want to invite.
3. Click Submit when ready.
When all participants are invited the conference can start.
Managing Conference Participants
You can monitor the progress of the conference session
as well as the number of participants in it from the Manage
Conference Room page. The page will display a list of
all participants in the conference. A sample conference
list might look like the one provided below:
The conference list is comprised of the following headings:
Next to the list of conference calls/participants you
will see a list of three options allowing you to manage
conference participants. You can manage conference participants
by muting, unmuting, or disconnecting them. |

| To mute a conference participant:

1. From the List of Conference Calls, locate the participant
your want to mute
2. Click on the Mute link next to that participant.
3. Alternatively, to mute all conference participants,
press the Mute All button located above the List of Conference
Calls |

| To unmute a conference participant
|
1. From the List of Conference Calls locate the participant
your want to unmute.
2. Click on the Unmute link to unmute the participant
3. Alternatively to mute all conference participants,
press the Unmute All button located above the List of
Conference Calls |

| To disconnect a conference participant
|
1. From the List of Conference Calls, locate the participant
you want to disconnect
2. Use the Disconnect link next to that participant.
Retrieving conference records
Once a conference is over, administrators can retrieve
conference's records.
You can retrieve conference recording two ways: |

via email |
| You can retrieve conference records via email
by enabling the Email Attachment feature from the VoiceMail
Modify form. When enabled, conference recordings will be emailed
to the Admin email after the end of each session. |

You can also retrieve conference records online.
To do so :
1. Login to your account by going to www.UniBells.com
2. From the left - hand side menu, select Conference The
Manage Conference Room page will load.
3. Click on the Records button. The Conference Records
page will be displayed
4. To download a conference record, click on the download
link next to the record of interest.
5. Save the file to your computer and double-click to
play it. |

Forces a general information
announcement when the conference session is started. |
| Status Announcement |
Forces an informational announcement
about the time the conference session has started as well as
the current number of users in it. The announcement is played
right before a user joins the room. |
| Auto Recording |
Activates the recording mode
whenever there is at least one calling party in the conference
room. Note: When Auto Recording is enabled entering an email
address is mandatory. |

If checked, callers cannot start
a conference but have to stay on hold, until conference administrator
arrives. |
| Enable Mute Switch |
When checked, mute switching
will be enabled. When enabled, the feature will mute all conference
participants with user access and allow only admin participants
to converse. |

Specifies the type of Music
On Hold to be played. |
| Scheduled Events |
Specifies scheduled events
to be performed. |
| Auto Dial Numbers |
Specifies one or more auto-dial
numbers for faster access to the conference room. |
